Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management solution, which will give you absolute command over your e-mailboxes and mailing lists. With this easy-to-work-with interface, you can set up a brand new mail account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can redirect e-mails from one mailbox to another, activate email filters, set up autoresponders and secure your mail accounts against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your email box accounts against spam mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested electronic mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your emails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular email box account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming emails on the basis of specific criteria defined by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly create a filter for any of your email box accounts and define the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mail messages from one e-mail box to another, or even to a number of other email mailboxes. Simply select the mailbox account you would like to forward email messages from, then choose the destination mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your choice to access your email box accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you would like to set up on your computer or smartphone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail box will be configured in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple e-mail box accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also permit you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
