Hepsia Database Manager
The Hepsia Control Panel features a full-featured database management user interface, which will grant you full authority over your databases. You can effortlessly set up new MySQL and PgSQL databases and administer them through the phpMyAdmin and phpPgAdmin tools respectively.
An Easy-to-Use Interface
With the Database Manager GUI, you can create a brand new DB in no time - simply fill in its name and that's all. You will notice a list of all your databases and their corresponding sizes. You will be able to alter passwords, to create database backup files and to even log in to the phpMyAdmin and phpPgAdmin software tools.
Simple Database Backups
It is very important to create frequent backups of your databases to secure your website content and to avoid any incidental data loss. With the Database Manager, creating a database backup file is very easy. Just click the Backup button next to the database you wish to back up and you will be momentarily taken to the File Manager section from where you can download your newly created backup file.
MySQL and PgSQL Databases
The number of PgSQL and/or MySQL databases that you can set up varies based on the web hosting package that you have ordered. While MySQL is a very popular database management system used by 1 000 000's of users around the globe, PostgreSQL is looked upon as being a more innovative database management system and is chiefly employed by technically competent web site owners. You can administer your MySQL DBs through the phpMyAdmin tool, whereas PgSQL databases can be managed through the phpPgAdmin software tool.
InnoDB Support
InnoDB is the leading storage engine for the MySQL database management system, which is aimed at protecting users' data and at enhancing multi-user concurrency and performance. When you would like to create a new database table, just log in to the Hepsia Control Panel-integrated phpMyAdmin database administration tool and choose the InnoDB database engine from the list of available database engines.

Hepsia's Database Manager section also contains thorough statistics about your databases, including the amount of hourly database requests. This will give you an idea of how much load is created over a given period of time.
